Dawn Drennan serves as the Chief Quality Officer of Access Health Services, LLC. She has leadership responsibility for all quality related programs, utilization management, and pharmacy operations that the company manages for clients. Dawn has over 20 years of experience in health care administration in a variety of health care settings. Her most meaningful experience in quality management was the successful implementation of Meaningful Use for a large clinic with 22 physicians in year one. From there, her passion for quality and experience has continued to grow and includes programs such as CPC+, MACRA, MIPS, and others. Her strengths lie in understanding the operations of medical facilities, the significance regulatory programs can have on them, as well as the impact of a successful quality program on patients and members. Dawn received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is a Certified Administrator in Physician Practice Management by the American Academy of Medical Management (CAPPM) and has obtained her Professional Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM) certification. She is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) as well as Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
